I want to talk about this topic simply because of its importance for oneself to be successful and respected in any organisation or his/her career.
Reputation is one of the aspects that widely discuss in the Confucian studies that best known in Mandarin language as "Xin"(信)or Trust
If you do not have the "xin" of the people around you, it is as good as you are RB. Whatever you talk are nonsense, meaningless and people agree with you simply because people scared of you and your power.
Every day they curse and swear behind you. They imagine bad things will happened to you. You have more enemies and friends. They will try their best to discredit you or if you have did a good deed, they will try to forget you.
A very typical example of RB is always make " empty promise ". It is very important that you deliver your promise when you promise it.
Just imagine when an insurance company failed to pay or make compensation to the insured upon happening of an agreed event. The insurance company will soon go bankrupt as most of the other insured will sooner withdraw their policies upon knowing the news simply because they lost faith on the insurance company.
Hence before you make any promise, always think of the way to deliver first. Otherwise, you will very soon become RB

DSC
DSC stands for Double Standard Country
Just imagine a school or a company having 2 sets of rules governing the entire organisation, what is the consequences of it ?
The country I am residing is practicing it more than 3 decades ago.
Just imagine that you are a foreigner, would you come and invest in this country ? Would you like to deal with this country ?
The answer is definately NO.
Just imagine you are an excellence student scoring flying colors in academy as well as co corriculum activities but the country would not admit you into the public varsities reason being there is no space for you there as the majority of the places was reserved to the "native" citizen whom are less qualify than you. How do you feel? And the sad part is that your father or mother are the "citizen" that contributed most to the country's revenue ; the income tax.
Just imagine when you stopped and issued summon by a policeman for not wearing a helmet when you are driving a motorcycle on one FRIDAY. Another muslim ( wearing songkok ) drive pass and having the same offence but the police didn't stop him. This is because, on Friday, any traffic offences by the muslim can be pardon simply because it is for the Friday prayer!
Other traffic offence that is pardonable by the police on Firday include; double/triple parking your car by the busy road side in the city centre
So, if you are trying to immigrate here; "my country", pls resonsider again as alot of people ( its own citizen ) already voting out their goverment by their legs (migrate to another country) in order to have "more" equal treatment. Forget about "Mxxxxsia"
